NO FIREWORKS

Article VIII, Paragraph 8.8(c) Fireworks are not permitted on any portion of the Property.

Every year in early July we receive numerous calls and emails about fireworks being set off, especially on days before and after the 4th. The prohibition of fireworks is explicit in our covenants, and every homeowner agreed to abide by those covenants when purchasing their homes. There are many other areas where fireworks are not prohibited and will not disturb your neighbors or potentially cause property damage. Please be considerate of each other, keep in mind people who suffer from PTSD, fearful pets, your neighbor who just got their new baby asleep, and be aware of fire danger.
